Sheriff Leonard addressed attendees today at the Virginia Sheriffs’ Institute Annual Spring Conference. Sheriff Leonard currently serves on the VSI Executive Board which is the governing body of the Institute.

Saturday, February 2nd Sheriff Leonard and members of the Chesterfield County Sheriff’s Office participated in the Special Olympics Virginia Beach Polar Plunge.  This year Team Supersicles exceeded their $3000 donation goal by raising $5432 for Special Olympics Virginia.  Thank you to everyone who supported our team!

Sheriff Leonard was honored today to serve as the Master of Ceremonies for the Chesterfield County Purple Heart Designation Recognition Ceremony.  Sheriff Leonard met many Purple Heart recipients who we will never be able to pay our debt of gratitude to.
